Terms and conditions and shipping
1. Exchange: You have the option of exchanging the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided you send them back to us in the original packaging. The goods must also be in perfect condition. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted.
2. Money-back guarantee:
If you do not like the delivered item, you can send it back to us within 14 days. You can decide whether you want to make use of the money-back guarantee or whether you want a different item. Please let us know in an email.
3. Shipping costs:
The shipping costs include postage, packaging and insurance.

These countries are not members of the European Union, so you do not pay Italian VAT but the VAT charged by your country.

You don't pay the Italian VAT but the VAT charged by your country.
The flat rate shipping including customs clearance is Euro 70.00 per package.
4. Delivery time: The delivery time depends on the destination. Experience has shown that delivery in Europe takes about 4-5 days until you have the goods in your house. We usually process your order on the same day it is received, otherwise on the next at the latest. If an article is not in stock, we will notify you immediately either by phone or email. Please consider possible Sundays and public holidays.
5. Payment
For EU countries: You can either pay in advance by making a bank transfer after receiving a Proform invoice. When payment is received, the goods will be sent immediately. Other payment options are by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners) or PayPal without additional costs. All your data (name, address, credit card information, etc.) are transmitted via our 128-bit encrypted server, which guarantees maximum security when transmitting data on the Internet. If you do not agree to this, you can also give us the data by telephone, to 0039/0471/797118. Your data will be treated with strict confidentiality and will ONLY be passed on to the credit card company if the credit card is specified as the payment method.
For non-EU countries payment by credit card or PayPal applies!
6. Prices:
All prices are given in EURO, including statutory VAT. The total amount without shipping costs is already displayed in the shopping cart before confirmation of the definitive order. When you select the payment method, the shipping costs are listed which are then added to your order. Payment is only due when you complete the purchase and submit the order.
This is safe (see SSL) the credit card is only charged when Holzschnitzerei.it has accepted and carried out the order and you have received an email from the SSL system.
7. Miscellaneous, place of jurisdiction and place of performance: Bolzano, South Tyrol applies to both. The goods are our property until they have been paid for in full. The Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile) applies to provisions not specifically listed here.
8. Your data will of course be treated confidentially and will NOT be passed on to unauthorized third parties. The use of our website is considered as consent to the collection and use of your data to process any orders. According to Art. 10 Act No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments, you will be informed that the data you have provided will only be used for this purpose and in accordance with the law.
