About sculpture "Holy Family group"
The statue in the sizes 25 is carved from maple wood.The statue in the sizes 48cm is carved from lime wood.
Execution:
Natural: The work after carving is untreated.
Painted: After being sculpted, the figures are painted in oil and gold-plated. The process is done entirely by hand.
Burnished: After being carved, the sculpture is treated with a mordant and polished with a layer of wax.
Pure gold: After being carved, the sculpture is plated with 24-carat gold and painted with oil.
Each piece comes directly from our workshop and is carved and painted by hand in Val Gardena in the best tradition.
